Great response so far. All I want to say now is I have a full page in my notebook of IDCN shareholders. I be will discussing our next step soon. I am beginning to think all our votes will definitely matter. I need to find out the steps to get our proxy ballots. I don't want to ask people to call for certs unless it is the only way to vote or I don't think it will cause a problem for anyone. I will call a broker and find out what we need to do. I think we have some time to make some plans. Like maybe we could pick someone to be our contact with Jeffrey. I will probably attend the shareholders meeting, hopefully others will. I also don't want to tell people how to vote. Many want a buyout. If Jeffrey wants us not to take the buyout, then IMO we need for him to give us more details about his business plan. All this does not guarantee things will work out. But if we are hanging on to our shares, then I think we can work together more. I called the TA today and the shares numbers are: 29 ml restricted 18 float From the numbers I have, management may not vote the same way from each other and I feel we can have enough votes to make a difference.
