Thank God we have a hard won Constitution which Congess must uphold!! Right, Jan. Congress passes laws, such as the antitrust laws. The Executive branch enforces them. The Judicial branch interprets them, and sees that they are consistent with the Constitution. That's our system as I understand it. Is your understanding different somehow? Congress is empowered to repeal laws too, and has even passed statutory antitrust immunity for certain parties. Haven't heard Microsoft or friends ask about that, I wonder why not? Cheers, Dan, sometimes naive high school civics guy.
