I would say not. I've owned shares in this company for many years going back to the days when they were called Durvada and had a gold property (Sandy Valley) Nevada. Jasi is a go getter and straight shooter. I haven't been following LMN very close since in took a nose dive from $9 many months ago. This could be another buying opportunity if things fundamentally are sound. It's time I call Jasi for an update. Good Luck, IKE
