DB, there are really no time restrictions nor any obligation to "pre announce" companies are doing this to protect themselves from "ambulance chasers" and because it is difficult to keep leaks from coming out. This way they cannot be blamed if they pre announce weakness as soon as they know it even before the books are actually closed on a quarter. Zeev
