Paul,

I really have no clue on whether this is the beginning of a rally. I look around and see more and more drilling companies stacking rigs and seeing people being laid off. I see nothing locally that tells me that things are getting better. I expect to see things continue to be bad until oil can climb above $18 and hold there for a while.

I'm still doom and gloom and see no reason to change just yet. I'm going to let what I see locally dictate when to add money to this sector. Unfortunately I didn't heed my own advise on the way down.
