Roy Del,
I don't own stock in YESS, but I'm keeping my eye on it. My take on the news release is that Mark Shepherd moved from COO to CEO. Not really much of a "shake up" in that sense. In fact, he was promoted. They could probably explain that well enough to a new client.

The real key, IMO, is why did Donald Kingsborough (the old CEO) resign? The PR doesn't say. If it was for suspect reasons, then I'd have to go back on my first paragraph and say that "shake up" is probably the right phrase. But if he was merely retiring after a long tenure, wanting to spend more time with family, etc., then, again, no real negative impact. I guess the reasons couldn't have been too suspect because he remains a Board member!

Just some thoughts,
Chris
