My prediction based on analyst reports which indicated they are "surprisingly busy". Also, from suppliers who claim they are making a lot of stuff for PAIR. Their level of activity is not as heavy as 3Q 97, but close. The end of September will see gov't expenditures to "use up" budgets. You are correct. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with gov't sales. But if you look at the PAIR website, they apparently do quite a bit of business with Uncle Sam. Also, you can go to the PAIR website and check out the scheduled meetings - there are several scheduled in September with the Air Force. To learn more about the company in general, you can download their newsletter (pdf file). Informative reading. Still, the stock does not deserve this crappy valuation.
