This psalm you have referred to was written during the dynasty of King David of Isreal. It was either written by David himself or written under his command as he appointed singers to sing in the temple during his reign.The opening line of psalm 14 : "The fool says in his heart 'there is no God'....The Lord looks down from heaven on the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God."
So we see here on line that there are people here who believe that atheism is foolish. Can you think of at least one scrap of proof which would indicate that there is a God? Are you ready to give an intelligent reason for the faith that you have. Give one well thought out reason as I am interested to hear what is the basis for your faith.
Please don't give me that same lame cop out that it's "common sense".
