Gersh; RE:" Follow the Leaders " Apparently Rubin was meeting with Latin financial ministers yesterday; devaluations in that region are not unlikely. Today, Rubin is supposed to be in San Francisco, I think - meeting with Japanese; and Greenspan is also in the Bay Area, talking at Bezerkeley. The Japanese are trying to sell 'em on some kinda 'soft landing' plan for their Banks - to "save face" in typical fashion. Dollar /Yen/DEM firming overnight. The neo-fascist Asian markets {grin} and the EU markets are rallying this morning. S&P Futures boyz are "following (that dollar) the money", Gersh, just like you been saying.
