I agree. I am not sure of the last time this happened with such force. I have also seen many planners suggesting that one look at their asset allocation now.

But the message is working. On Wednesday alone, investors poured in $6.5b to both domestic and international mutual funds. That is the equivalent to all the net redemptions of the previous four days. So now the small investors have moved from being caught in the headlights to recognizing what they think is value. This is great news.

The put/call ratio closed yesterday at 1.17. Incredible. Brinker's sentiment indicators must have moved from neutral to bullish.
