I had been pretty vocal a few months back, having shorted the stock at 87.5, just plain got tired of the bull-sh*t take on this thing so I backed off. If I had had bigger balls and more margin I would have shorted again at 140 - oh well, hindsight is clearly 20/20 in this game.

Going forward, I am still bearish on AOL and can't wait for an SEC decision on the write-offs of R&D acquisition to change the game on Case & Pittman. Leader bailed on AOL and probably for good reasons.

Is AOL being "pumped-and-dumped", hmmmm, good possibility. Watch out on any stock when institutions keep up buy signals in a market like this and sell along the way. It boils down to the last one out, gets nothing.

It seems like a reasonable target for AOL is <= $70. Anyone like to put in their two cents?
