As it seems most everyone is wanting these warrants activated before June 1, 1999. I see the merits of this argument. There is really no right or no wrong in this issue.

My thoughts toward this is, by waiting to June 1, 1999 we have delayed the dilution factor, while having paid out some dividends (hopefully) between now and then... to take the sting out of this dilution.

Now if we have these warrants active now, we are almost locking ourself into a short term position of hovering around $3 because every time we go over $3, everyone will remain suspicious of how many warrants will be converted. See the rational?

Well never the less CVIA is going to abide by the share holders wishes, but come March next year IF we are stuck between $3 and $3.25 a share just remember you all made the call on this warrant stuff.

I dont think this will happen but it is a possibility.
