The way CYE has been acting means that it is in play. The rights plan adopted to thwart a takeover will not be sustained if challenged. I would look for another buyer to enter the picture.Has anyone checked the amount of stock insiders own because if they don't have a strong ownership position, the buyers at the current price level will force a sale.
