I cannot post about the circumstances, but since the facts are public knowledge in the public record, I can bring them to your attention. Especially when you present false charges against me blatantly in contrast to what the actual complaint states.
As for commenting on my situation... it seems many of you are far more adept at practicing law than I am, particularly in the prosecutorial arena. As for me, I am making no statement of guilt or innocence on my part... In fact, I feel the GRNO situation is completely irrelevant to a discussion of AZNT.
And apart from retaliating against Al-len, who have I launched a personal attack toward on this thread?? It certainly isn't Bgtit. He admitted his relationship with AZNT. All I have done is brought my experience to bear and warned him that he may in violation of securities regulations.. particularly becase of the way he explained his arrangement. The reality is that it has been several others on this thread who have attacked me whenever I pose a question. I must really be striking home to warrant such a counter-attack.
And Ellen, am I attacking you?? I don't think so, and if so, only because you attack me and choose to slander me by accusing me of fraud, totally contrary to the facts of my case. What should I do?? Just sit here and take it?? Have my right to state my opinion denied to me because I know it will launch a flurry of slanderous comments accusing me of being a stock manipulator and fraudster??
And the more you bring it up, the more I will continue to state the facts, without providing any interpretation of those facts or declaration of my guilt or innocence reference my case.
So Ellen, if you don't wish to distract the discussion of this thread relevant to this company, I suggest you and others leave out the conjecture and falsehoods about me. They serve no good and they are tedious and may find me forced to seek legal recourses one day.
And besides they distract from discussing this company and it prospects and credibility. That is what people are interested in, not some orchestrated smear campaign aimed at declaring me a fraudster and criminal, hoping to undercut or deprive me of my freedom of speech.
The analogy might be that I accuse you of being a reckless driver, or unfit to drive, merely because you once received a civil fine for excessive speed, or perhaps because you once were involved in an accident in which you were sued.
How would you feel if you were labeled a criminal for life everytime you spoke in a public forum and had that slammed in your face at every turn?? All as a result of once being sued as a result of a vehicle accident in which both you and the other driver were injured??
My case is not much different and I suggest that each and every person in my situation would seek a legal recourse against those doing the slander. The facts also reflect that I also was a GRNO shareholder who suffered a grievous loss. Have an orchestrated public campaign aimed at slandering me and curtailing my right of free speech is not only unethical, but illegal.
So I suggest for all of our sanity and for the sake of being on topic.. if you wish to discuss my issue, go to the GRNO thread where it is relevant and much of the information on me is there for everyone to see.
