Len,
If you "really do not wish a conflict," as you say to Philip Berber, why do you continue to post remarks to him? You could more easily ignore him.
Your suggesting that he use his clients to "do the dirty work" is ridiculous. Talking about one's business in not "dirty." I see representatives from MBT in the chatrooms all day long, and I have no problem with it. If Mr. Berber has something to say on S.I. about his business, if he wants to respond to someone else's remarks or answer someone's questions, it is much more honest and respectable for him to do so using his own name rather than asking for someone else to do it for him just to please you and your sense of what is right and wrong.
I believe that Mr. Berber would probably be better off keeping his remarks off this thread. And you will notice I very rarely mention CT on this thread, only in response to a post like yours. But you and many other non-CyberTrader users continue to post confrontational and antagonistic remarks to the CyberTrader thread, so you are in no position to criticize him. You can read or ignore anything you like, but it surely is not your place to tell others what to write or where to post it. That's censorship, and we don't do that in this country.
As you said to Philip, let me close with my own sentiment that I do not wish a conflict. But there is absolutely nothing inherently wrong with someone promoting their company, even if you personally do not like it. Do you really need to continue to dog Mr. Berber?
Bill
