Hi Dave

Even though I have starting reading for the beginning of this thread and didn't feel I can response to post that were written back in 96 - 97, because they are either to old or don't know if the people are still on these boards. I have decide to stop feeling like a lurker and post. There must be others on this board who will pick up the slack and be able to answer my questions, which I hope they will provide learning for others. Thank you now for those who are willing to answer my questions and bring me into this thread to learn and share will others.

With that said, I have been reading many of your post and can see that you are a man of great integrity as I am sure others here are as well. You mention that the indicators are important, but you take it one step further by saying what is more important is the thinking process that we go through to evaluate to getting to our decision on a trade. I agree with you because we could give ten people the same setup with computer, sw and indicators and our evaluation process will produce different results.

I guess what I am trying to say is what is your mind set that give you an edge over others in producing the results we all want, which is better entry/exit points or to even enter a trade? When I refer to mind set I am not talking about being a trader or long term hold candidate, because there are some fundamental principle in the way of thinking that can be applied to either type of investor for make better decision.
