dave. I pointed out to Michael S. that a rs would be the worst thing in this situation and he agreed totally. So no rs intended right now. I'll sell, but certainly not at this time. As long as the future prospects are bright and the new management is honest to me, I don't have any reason to sell. It's time to buy right now (but only IMO!). Arif is the factor of uncertainty. He has gone public and has made mistakes. We need to show him, that this is no longer only his family business. He has obligations in view of his shareholders. Mark
