Rumor has it that a foreign investor is providing the funding for the stock buyback. The Kicker here; the foreign investor is going to be building on one of the properties. It allows for the foreign investor to build the property on native land with out having to pay any type of tax at all. It us just rumor until we see something in the form of a PR. The individual who told me this is and has always been just a heartbeat away from the company. I deam this source to be quite reliable. Company's only do a buy back for two reasons and two reasons only. 1. Increase shareholder confidence. 2. Increase share price.
