Dwight,
A prediction that Clinton would resign by Feb. 1999 was posted up over on the "Did Slick Boink Monica Thread" about two months ago. That prediction is looking better all the time. Clinton is not one to give up power easily. He NEEDS the power of his office in order to aid the cover-up process. Once he is striped of his power base, he will become very vulnerable to possible criminal charges. I think Clinton will hang-on until it is clear to him that his best choice is resignation. (Remember, Clinton is motivated primarily by his own personal interests, and he craves power.)

Darrell
