Why did the stock go to 11 Cdn recently and then decline? There must have been some reason. Is the current decline due to the overall market? I have held this dog too long to bail out early. Things do appear to be improving with some recent contracts, ie Cdn Gov. It may be premature to sell at this time, although I must admit it is not a stock I would buy at this time, there are better. Having said that I don't know why I don't sell. Can't bear the loss, I guess. Regards.
