Michael,

If you buy IATV in your margin account then your broker can lend the stock to a shorter. I know that IATV can not be put on margin but if you have 1000 shs of CocaCola (all paid for) and then buy IATV with the buying power that KO gives you then your KO as well as your IATV can be lend to shorters.
