Did y'hear Kudlow (CNBC) jist now? USUALLY he makes me mad, but he speaks the truth this AM re: the shitty IMF and the role BIS and a currency board could and should play in Russia. Guess it's the truth b/c that's what I've been saying fer months now!(g)
