There are no minimums, but you have to make a certain amount of trades per month. As for Phillips I have no idea what your talking about. The Q is spinning off many capital intensive Infastructure Business's. The new company will be called Leap. each shareholder will get 1 share per 4 of Q com. i think ex divided is sep 15.
