Tom,

Could be several reasons for the activity you note. Option expiration is one. Someone short a lot of $10 puts would have an interest in seeing it stay there. Very common for a stock to glue itself to a strike price right up to expiration. Possible that any unfinished business on the downside will wait until next week. Bruce should be able to give us some better insight into this. (unless he's short $10 puts!)
