Anyway, what is the lawsuit talk all about? If you want legal advice, just email (or give me an SI message). I don't do securities work but know just enough law in the area to give bad advice :) (I do handle plaintiff fraud cases from time to time)

Hi Mason. In your opinion, would there be any point in trying to get enough shareholders together to seize the suit from Lerach? I know that this guy's principal motive is to shake down companies for legal fees, and it would be nice if people who had the company's and shareholder's interests in mind were in control.
