The warrants should be issued & tradeable now, with a year 2003+ exp. date. As the price of the common goes over $3 some people will exercise the warrants & others will continue to trade them in the market.
Just because the common hits $3 doesn't mean everyone will exercise them & sell their new shares. You are bringing value to this shell ...right? So i would think most will hold for awhile if they think the price of the common will increase.
Anyway this will bring an immediate value to the warrant's, since the value of a warrant is determined by 2 things. Intrinsic value & time value. If the common trades @ $4 the intrinsic value of the warrant would be $1, anything above that would reflect the time value.
Never heard of warrants that are good for 1 day? Is that how jack's warrants were set up?
