Since July, 3COM has been in its own world. Sure wish I bet on them back then. However, they don't compete directly with CSCO. As far as other networkers go, it hasn't been too good lately for most of them: ASND, CSCC, CSCO. However, for LT investors, CSCO looks great and continues to move upward(see chart for the year) The network continues to grow and you can't go wrong with CSCO. Earnings growth will slow, however, it's hard to figure how much as the networking industry is continues to grow as CSCO starts to slow down. Just sit back and enjoy the ride. DF
