I was just comparing the 3 months charts of GE and AOL. They are remarkably similar, both peaking around 7/20, hanging on right shoulder till late Aug and then declining to test 200 day MAV. I guess they are both market darlings this year. However now, GE has broken its 200 day MAV and continuing its descent as of today. GE is the bluest of blue chips with an impeccable balance sheet and top notch management. AOL is a company with a new age accounting method and ultra high valuation. If GE is going down below 200 day MAV can AOL resist the gravity? And BTW what does the GE chart action tell you about this market?
