This frivolous lawsuit is without merit and exposes the parasites on America (Lerach et. all). No doubt, Mr. Master Of The Universe Knucklehead Smith 4 Million Shares Short In 60 Days Regardless Of Price Man is behind this action evidenced by its considerably delayed initiation. It is the height of hypocrisy that short sellers can use these slime in a futile attempt to further their aims in the name of long shareholders. It surely doesn't mean a hill of beans to the exceptional fundamental picture for CYMI regardless of the outcome, a mere distraction.
