I too think it is unlikely that SKB will follow through: HOWEVER, until AETI announces on Sept. 22nd that the lawsuit is history,and all the proper papers have been filed and officially sealed by the courts, I am not a buyer. I have seen to many 12th hour continueances on such matters than I care to remember. If investors such as yourself choose to speculatively buy AETI up before final announcement, so be it. I will still take solice that I do have a strong position in the company at 1.72. If price stays at these levels when final announcement does come, I will likely double or triple down depending upon my liquidity at the time. I suggest that you go to the SKB thread on SI to get a better feel for how their investors feel about whats going on. It might give you the insight you need to make your decision.
