Dwight, unfortunately, the "ambulance chasers" are going to circle like vultures around CYMI for some time here, with the weakness of the market and the vultures, I am afraid that CYMI is "cooked" until they move rapidly to either "dismiss" (which is quite difficult), or until the last 10 or so vultures are finished feeding. The funny thing is that even if monies are paid out, most will come from an insurance policy. Nevertheless, I am lowering my target of a bottom below the $8/share I had, possibly to between $5 to $6.
I do not think that the current shareholders (those that have not sold since the end of the "period" can overcome those that have sold (which are going to be the investors climbing on that band wagon, since they no longer have an interest in the company).
Just my 2 cents. Congress has instituted new laws preventing such action in federal courts and thus forcing the vultures to go to state courts, anyone knows if this one is brought under the Federal or a State jurisdiction?
