GME and EXL are missing this nice little rally on the POG all because of the dispute. Granted the bid & ask has firmed up a bit: "Legal Disputes Management continues to push for resolution of the legal disputes with Glimmer Resources, the company's joint venture partner, and Battle Mountain Gold, the original vendor of the interest now being disputed. Negotiations are continuing." Even properties with a lot less going for it is having a good run. How much longer can this go on? Any relief in sight Stephen and Richard? Cheers Winzer
