Dwight: FWIW, in the early '90's boom in biotech stocks, Liviakis was behind a number of very marginal ones. I remember reading long denunciations of the outfit by people who felt they were lied to. Some of their stocks worked out quite well for a while, though, before collapsing. If they are involved in a stock, it is certainly worth looking over as a possible short.
