Mr. Jhild, AT Least you are now acknowledging the short. I suggest NATC has now punched on as a MM in the AZNT market to begin covering Mr. Marcassi's short position. The game of musical shares in Canada has come to an end, and now the invalid 144's are reaching the TA. Canacorde, Merit and Pacific Intl. , I am guessing, have all been served then. NATC's presence here was not by invite Mr. Child, it was by court order. I believe that regardless of whether Mr. Mann, or anybody , affected by the court's decision, attempt to "deal" with the company, the matter still remains of 4MM+ illegal shares in the float that must be cleansed. The company, from what I understand, is not 'dealing', they are out to cleanse the AZNT market of those invalid and illegal shares. The short's problem is that they shorted against these illegal shares. Good Day
