"Trading activity in DRAM is fairly quiet. Availabilities continue to be tight in the 64 MEG capacity and we see higher prices in SYNCH product for the 8MX8 and 4MX16 configurations. Another item to note in the continuing consolidation of the DRAM industry" according to AICE
