Historically, when it has discounted the WORST that can be
seen - looking ahead. O.K., probably when "the last bull" has
thrown in the towel"...Bus. WeeK, The Economist, U.S. News,
etc. run covers and articles detailing how the pension funds,
401K's, etc., are ONLY buying bonds - "STOCKS = TOO
RISKY"......THEY DON'T RING A BELL AT THE TOP OR THE
BOTTOM...........let's hope we can make some money out of the
middle.
