So who are you to demand that the freedom of prayer be removed from schools?

"Freedom of Prayer" is a far different beast than "organized, required Christian prayer". If the government allows Christians to recite prayer over the school intercom, why not allow not Satanists to broadcast their prayers? Also, your Christian prayer will probably be patently offensive to many people of other religions, so should it be allowed?

If you open up a publicly funded and supported institution to one religion, you have to open it up to ALL religions. Is that what you want?

The concept of "reasonable accommodation" also applies here. If all religions can't be reasonably accommodated, then it may be permissible to say that NO religions will be accommodated.
