Not all of them. Only 99.7% of them.They are born without a heart.There was an argument in heaven.Heaven called down to hell and told them to put up a fence because it is just not right to walk back and forth from hell to heaven.Hell said that they have talked to their lawyers and it appears that it is heavens problem.Heaven need to check with their lawyers.Heaven said that they will check on it and would call back later.In five min heaven called that they could not find a lawyer in heaven therefore heaven will put up a tall fence.
