J.D.R.: You would have us believe that VSE clients can buy stock, refuse to pay for it, have their broker park it in a suspense account, then make whatever disposition is convenient of the stock. It doesn't take much deductive reasoning to deduce what egregious price manipulation this could lead to. If what you say is true, I wish that you would provide me with the substantiated details so that I might be able to bring legal action against the appropriate parties. This would be not only in the best interest of the longs, but also of the shorts if this is indeed happening. I look forward to your earliest response. Regards, Crandell Addington
