But just where are the greener pastures in semi-land these days? Besides I could argue since other companies stocks' have cratered just as much those companies face the same problems as LSI. So maybe BOB leaves NSM to join LSI and JIMBOB leaves LSI to join NSM. So LSI has one less JIMBOB but one more BOB <g> (If they leave they forfeit a whole bunch of vesting now and have to be made whole at other companies. Not sure if these days any othe companies in ASIC/SOC/semi land that are public are in such a generous mood. ) (Besides LSI reprices those options every year. You can bet they will be repriced again this year.)
