David, two things: First, if the president resigned, the Stock Market would absolutely tank. Second, Clinton will never, ever resign. It's not in him. Clinton, like all politicians, is a narcissistic, needy man. He believes, rightly or wrongly, that he has been targeted and victimized. He will never back down.
