John.... again BRAVO. You have very patiently and factually provided an answer to one of the arrogant souls who really has taken no time to try to understand DELL. When I saw Gary's post this morning, I just sat and shook my head. Thank you for answering him in such a courteous but firm way, with facts that he seems to not have been able to understand before. laura btw, I'm wondering if he'll ever be able to understand. Some poor folks only see and hear what they want to.
