These upgrades are welcome (I think) but somewhat unnerving. I wish I knew the reasons behind them, and if they are more than just a short term trading buy of washed out stocks, or a longer term insight the supply/demand balances. I hope that the stocks continue to react positively (at least relatively so) after the upcoming storage conferences next week (9/8-9/10) and at the end of September. Any thoughts on this?
