The US Congress has become an unconstitutional and illegal entity that must be dealt with as any other criminal

Okay, the landscape just tilted another 20 degrees and the sky became a dark shade of purple and the grass turned an amazing neon blue. I can hear Salvador Dali singing off in the distance.

Since the Constitution authorizes Congress to make laws and apparently authorizes the Supreme Court to rule on the constitutionality of said laws whenever there is a challenge, the contents of your statement make no sense to me. Neo-Nazis, white supremacists and secessionists issue similar-sounding non-sequiters about our "illegal" government.

Government and laws are not fixed, absolute points in space. Laws are obviously open to subtle interpretation, otherwise there would be a lot of starving lawyers out there. Government changes as the will of the people demands it. You can't nail down the concept of the Government at a point in time and say "This will never change". The government that was in place in 1798 wouldn't be tolerated by citizens in 1998.
