"Government and laws are not fixed," True, but you must first change an amendment to the Constitution through the legislative procedure. The First Amendment has never been revoked and remains the law of the land. Those who violate it are criminals, whether they be congressmen or editors of the NY Times. Are you opposed to the punishment of criminal? Those who violate the laws in the Constitution are the worst criminals in the land. Emile
