Carl: You are right, I forgot. But then, I was never too disciplined, they even kicked me out of high school. All I wanted to do is to help them save some money. As for PMAT, the last quarter does not show yet the down side of the effect of a merger (if managed well, the upside will show later), so you can expect the next quarter to be quite ugly. I would not be surprised to see the stock losing 30% of its current value and possibly more. I hope you listened to my warning re: FERO. The rest of the semi are enjoying a reprieve and it can'y seem to shake the blahs. Zeev
