Very high levels of debt, with need to replace aging fleets, employees demanding concessions, cyclical industry, way overpriced on an historical basis. Sorry, I know you didn't want to hear it. Often financial markets lead the economy. Have to go back and look at the last couple of recessions and see what happened to the market just prior to then.
