Al, Now that REIT's are at a very low point they are a good value. The last opportunity to buy them was May 1995. It is interesting to see how Wall Street ddin't want any part of them then but when the bullish percent exceeded 80% they couldn't get enough of them. I think you can buy them now. Realestate runs on money, "show me the money" and it is sloshing around this economy at levels not seen since 1939 and 1970 respectively. To get a feel for what is beginning to happen with gold go to drudgereport.com and go to Bob Novak, read his most recent article concerning KEMP and gold. You will hear much more of this to come.
