I don't have the definitive answers to your questions, but I have a suspicion that Mr. Gaddis may be an interim President. Now that doesn't mean that he couldn't wind up being there long-term, but? I wish I could quite simply offer all the answers, but I can't, at the moment. With regards to the statements about Alamo being debt free and operating debt free. I am told that the statements had to be recanted because of the UCC papers not yet being returned and also because there is a small amount still showing as debt liability on the books.
