I dring a lot of tea and I use kroger brand liquid sweetener, it doesn't contain any stevia I don't think. I believe it contains saccharine which isn't supposed to be good for you either.
If they are claiming this is a new product (meaning not stevia and not something that other people are already selling) it is my belief that they can't have it come under the grandfather clause of the DESHA of 1994 and would have to prove it is safe.
If aznt had this product federally approved and proven safe and if it was not much more expensive than other sweeteners and if I liked it I would buy it.
Do you have any idea how long it would take to go through the trials to get this approved?
Just because something comes from the amazon doesn't mean it is safe. If the venom from those little frogs was sweet would you put it on your wheaties?

zonkie...
